New Johor Property Sales Surge Amid RTS Link Construction Progress

Chinese developer R&F’s Princess Cove condominium project in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, has experienced a significant increase in sales, particularly from April to September 2023. The surge in interest is attributed to the progress of the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link, a 4km rail shuttle set to be operational by the end of 2026, connecting Woodlands North MRT station in Singapore to Bukit Chagar in Johor Bahru.
