New Kapar crash: Bodies of pilot and co-pilot recovered

Bodies of both aircraft victims were recovered and have been transported out from the crash site at about 8.05pm. Earlier, Police said it found the two bodies in the light recreational aircraft crash at Kampung Tok Muda and at the time of writing, the bodies were yet to be removed from the wreck. According to the flight manifest, the Malaysian men in the Kapar crash were identified as Daniel Yee Hsiang Khoon, 30 and Roshaan Singh Rania, 42.

Yee was believed to be the pilot, while Roshaan was the passenger. “The plane, weighing about 1,300 kg, crashed and buried as deep as about two metres into the ground,” he told reporters here on Tuesday (Feb 13),” the police say, adding that the recovery team used a backhoe from the local council to access the wreckage.
