The Kelantan branch of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDN) has not detected any date products imported from Isr*el so far, according to its director, Azman Ismail.
Kelantan authorities state no Isr*eli detected in market
There have been no complaints regarding these date products either. Despite reports of such products appearing in the market ahead of Ramadan, there is no evidence of them being sold in Malaysia.
This raises questions about their importation, especially considering the absence of a trade relationship between the two countries. A survey conducted by Malaysiakini in several supermarkets around Kota Bharu also found no sale of date products from Isr*el.
