1 min read

KTM Komuter services were disrupted this morning after an overhead line broke between Salak Selatan and Serdang at 7:23 a.m.

KTM Komuter Service Disrupted

Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) said trains could only operate on a single track due to ongoing upgrades, limiting movement. Services from Pulau Sebang/Sungai Gadut to Batu Caves were terminated at Kajang, while trains from Batu Caves heading south stopped at KL Sentral.

Several ETS services were delayed over two hours and rerouted with assistance locomotives. KTMB advised passengers to use alternative transport and offered full fare refunds via the KITS app or ticket counters. Repair works are ongoing.
