He was charged under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987. The incident occurred at 9:05 a.m. on May 13 at KM15 Jalan Sungai Manik in Hilir Perak. The Sessions Court granted bail at RM6,000 for each charge and set June 17 for case mention.
