SINGAPORE – A 29-year-old man, Koh Junxiang, pleaded guilty to reckless driving after grabbing a car’s steering wheel twice during an argument with his friend, causing a crash along the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) near Tuas. The dispute began when his friend was fined S$130 for waiting at a taxi stand to pick him up.

Koh refused to pay, leading to a heated exchange. While travelling, he suddenly seized the wheel, causing the car to collide with a bus and crash into a guardrail. Both escaped serious injury. Koh faces two charges, admitting guilt to one.
