He cited past court rulings, including the 2021 dismissal of a lawsuit challenging Anwar Ibrahim’s pardon, as proof of its legality. Drawing comparisons, he noted Najib Razak’s conviction under due process, contrasting criticism of Anwar’s leadership with respect for the law.
