The MyJPJ app, integral to Malaysia’s Road Transport Department’s digitalisation efforts, will soon require MyDigital ID for logins. Starting October 10, 2024, users must authenticate via MyDigital ID, a national identity management system for secure online transactions.

This update aims to enhance security by addressing vulnerabilities in current systems. MyDigital ID, launched earlier this year, allows single-login access to various platforms, including government services. Users can register through the MyDigital ID mobile app or kiosks nationwide. JPJ urges Malaysians to register promptly to avoid login issues with the MyJPJ app.
