Apparently, a viral video from India shows what appears to be a teenage boy holding cash in his hand. The caption of the video reads that the mother is a hardworking woman selling flowers outside a temple. He insisted that his mother buy him an iPhone, when refused, he went on a hunger strike.

Users state that the mother should’ve let her son get really hungry to the point that he will simply eat by his own accord. Buying a device that they can barely afford is something that should not be normalised.
