KUALA LUMPUR: PKR Sungai Petani deputy division chief Adam Loh has questioned the decision to readmit a former party member, saying the move could raise concerns among members who remained with the party during difficult times.
Loh, who is also a Kedah MPN member, said members would naturally question why and on what considerations someone who had left the party during a difficult period was allowed to return.
He said the decision could also send a wrong message to members who had remained loyal and continued supporting the party when it was struggling.

“If someone leaves when things are difficult and can return when circumstances improve, what message is being conveyed to members who chose to remain?” he asked.
Loh said the feelings of members who had stayed with the party during difficult periods should also be considered.
He called on the party’s MPP leadership to provide a clear explanation for the decision.
