SEREMBAN, July 17, 2026 – Perikatan Nasional (PN) has unveiled its 11 candidates for the upcoming Negeri Sembilan state election on Aug 1, with none contesting against Barisan Nasional (BN). PN chairman Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar announced the lineup, which includes five candidates from PAS, four from new coalition partner Parti Wawasan Negara, and one each from Gerakan and the Malaysian Indian People’s Party (MIPP).

Among the notable names is former Ampangan assemblyman Dr Mohamad Rafie Ab Malek, who will attempt to reclaim the seat from Pakatan Harapan (PH). Wawasan’s Ridzuan Ahmad, previously Gemas assemblyman under Bersatu, will now contest the same seat under Wawasan. Other candidates include Danni Rais (Klawang), Mohd Fairuz Mohd Isa (Serting), Dr P. Kumar (Lobak), Razali Abu Samah (Sikamat), Lee Boon Shian (Bukit Kepayang), Erik Michael (Mambau), Kamarol Ridzuan Mohd Zain (Paroi), Sathes Kumar Nilameham (Lukut), and Abdul Fatah Zakaria (Bagan Pinang).
