HULU SELANGOR: The remand order on the suspect in the murder of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) student Nur Farah Kartini Abdullah has been extended for another seven days and the extension on the remand order was issued by Sessions Court Judge Nurul Mardhiah Mohammed Redza at the Kuala Kubu Baru magistrate’s court, here, today.
Remand extension
Nurul Mardhiah ordered the remand period for the 26-year-old suspect to be extended from tomorrow until July 29. Previously, the suspect was remanded for seven days from July 16 until today to assist in the investigation under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
