Additionally, another user pointed out that an entire walkway was barricaded by an eatery near a hospital. The user then asks if said eatery had any permits or licenses to operate at such peculiar locations.
Others state that this should be circumstantial. If the restaurant is not causing traffic and parking issues, it should be okay as some customers are comfortable with eating outside.
