Getting stuck at toll booths due to insufficient funds on your Touch ‘n Go eWallet can be frustrating. TNG Digital has introduced the SOS Balance feature to cover toll payments temporarily.
TNG Digital Introduces SOS Balance Feature for Toll Payments
This feature is available only at RFID- and PayDirect-enabled tolls and has a 24-hour grace period. Users must clear all outstanding payments promptly, frequently add money to their eWallet, and actively use their eWallet for transactions.
If these conditions are met, the SOS Balance can be accessed. Failure to clear toll debt within 24 hours will suspend the eWallet’s payment functions.
