Police arrested 51 men during four raids uncovering drug abuse and a “gay party” at a luxury Kuala Lumpur hotel early Monday. The suspects, aged 21 to 52, included 23 locals and 28 foreigners.
One Dead, Dozens Detained, Drugs seized in KL Raid
Authorities seized drugs worth RM103,070, including MDMA, ecstasy, and ketamine. Initial urine tests showed 36 positive for narcotics. One participant was found unconscious and later died at Hospital Kuala Lumpur.
Investigators revealed the group used hotel rooms for drug use and immoral activities. All suspects are remanded for three to six days under multiple sections of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
