Hannah Yeoh Confirms Divorce After 18 Years of Marriage

PETALING JAYA, Sept 3, 2026 — Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) and Segambut MP, Hannah Yeoh, has confirmed her divorce from husband Ramachandran Muniandy after 18 years of marriage. The announcement was made via Yeoh’s official website, noting their marriage began in January 2008.

The couple, both 47, share two daughters, Shay (2011) and Kayleigh (2013). Yeoh’s press secretary, Ahmad Fazli Mohd Yadi, verified the development, requesting privacy for Yeoh. Yeoh, who first won her parliamentary seat in 2018, remains deputy secretary‑general of DAP and a key figure in the party’s leadership.
