Kim Seri Apologizes for Allegedly Mismanaged Travel Agency
Kim Seri, who has 1.1 million TikTok followers, issued an apology and pledged to refund affected customers by February 2025. The issue gained attention after a viral video showed stranded travelers at Incheon Airport.
The police have received five reports regarding the scam. Kim Seri’s travel agency is accused of defrauding customers of nearly RM400,000.
