Malaysians ANGRY at PETA for DARING to Suggest Ex-PM Najib Vegan Meals Before Raya Haji

1 min read

The topic of vegan food can be controversial among Malaysians. However, it appears that the infamous animal rights group, PETA, recently made a brazen statement about our Ex-Prime Minister Dato Seri Najib Razak’s situation in jail. They claim that he and his inmates need vegan meals.

Malaysians Angry at PETA for suggesting Vegan Meals for Najib

Social media users have described the organisation’s actions as “suspicious.” One X user argued it was distasteful to make such a suggestion during the festive season, when cow slaughter is part of Muslim religious practice in Malaysia.

While acknowledging that the proposal itself may be acceptable, the user stressed that the timing was peculiar and risked offending cultural and religious sensitivities.

Meanwhile, others agree that our ex-Prime Minister should be receiving vegan meals in lieu of their political opinions. They state that the suggestion is good as vegan meals that are PETA approved will torture prisoners even further.

It is rather ironic that they’re calling themselves an “animal rights” group when they have killed 50,000 animals from 1998 to this date. Questions are rising for said group if they’d do the exact same thing to cows and chickens in lieu of “over population” if people stop eating them.
