Manchester City has reached an agreement to acquire Girona winger Sávio this summer, with the paperwork set to be finalized soon. The 19-year-old has been a standout player for Girona, receiving bids from Premier League and Bundesliga clubs around €30m (£25.7m).

Manchester City secures deal for Girona Winger Savio
Girona is co-owned by City Football Group (CFG), the entity overseeing Manchester City and other global clubs. Sávio, who joined CFG-affiliated Troyes in 2022 and was subsequently loaned to PSV Eindhoven and Girona, will stay with Girona until summer.
The move introduces competition for Jack Grealish and others in City’s wide areas. Sávio could potentially return to Girona on loan next season.
