MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day (MBD) 2026 is set to unite more than 70,000 Malaysians across six states, reinforcing the importance of good breakfast habits and active living. The nationwide event kicks off in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, on May 24, before moving to Terengganu, Sarawak, Pahang, Kelantan, and culminating in Putrajaya on July 12. Since its inception in 2013, MBD has brought together over half a million Malaysians, evolving into a nutrition-led platform that promotes healthier routines through runs, workouts, and interactive activities.

This year’s programme includes 3km runs at all locations, with Putrajaya offering a 5km category. Families can enjoy sports challenges, games, and the return of the MILO® Goodness Truck, showcasing the brand’s legacy. Ng Su Yen, Business Executive Officer of MILO® Malaysia, said the event reflects MILO®’s commitment to nourishing communities and inspiring healthier lifestyles. Registration opened on April 13, with slots quickly selling out.
