SHAH ALAM, June 4 — PAS deputy president Datuk Seri Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man has urged the revival of Muafakat Nasional (MN) 2.0 to consolidate Malay-Muslim political strength ahead of upcoming state elections. He said the dissolution of the Johor State Assembly on June 1 signals a new wave of change, with Melaka, Sarawak and Negeri Sembilan also nearing the end of their terms.

Tuan Ibrahim stressed unity among Malay parties, urging leaders to set aside differences and prioritize the future of the ummah. He cited issues such as UEC recognition, land status changes, and challenges to syariah enactments as pressing concerns. PAS believes Malay-Muslim unity will safeguard rights and strengthen national politics.
