JAKARTA, Aug 1, 2026 — Indonesian authorities arrested a 39-year-old Malaysian pilot for allegedly smuggling 26kg of MDMA into Jakarta while under the influence of drugs. The suspect, identified by the initials MS, had just flown a Malaysia Airlines plane from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta when customs officers detained him at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport on Wednesday (Jul 29).
