PKR secretary‑general Fuziah Salleh said the party has proof and timestamps showing the duo defected a day earlier, constituting party hopping under PKR’s constitution.

PKR is consulting legal advisers, while its political bureau will meet to discuss possible action. Reports note all PKR candidates signed a bond before GE14 in 2018, requiring RM10mil payment if they resigned, switched parties, or became independents after winning seats.
