KLUANG – A Singaporean man was injured while defending his family from attackers who harassed them for three days during Chinese New Year in Kluang, Johor.
His wife, Ms Fang, said the assailants set off firecrackers, splashed paint, and smashed car windows. The family fought back, injuring and capturing one attacker, who revealed he was paid RM200 to harass them. Police arrested a 37-year-old suspect with a criminal record and drug history. Authorities are tracking two accomplices. Ms Fang’s family, previously harassed in 2023 and 2024, hopes for a resolution and police action.
