Residents of an apartment complex in Taman Medan, Petaling Jaya, are struggling as three of the building’s six lifts have been out of order for nearly two months. The Joint Management Body (JMB) lacks funds to repair the lifts, which were damaged by vandalism. 

Taman Medan Residents Struggle with Broken Lifts

Resident Nurul Azila, 45, expressed frustration, noting the challenges, especially for children, the elderly, and those with health issues. Mohd Zulkarnain Hassan, 41, mentioned an unknown individual broke a lift door. A police report has been filed, and a RM500 reward offered for information.
