Thailand is in talks with the US to avert a 36% tariff on its exports, offering to cut import duties on 90% of US goods, including zero-tariff access for longan and tilapia. Finance Minister Pichai Chunahavajira also proposed regulatory changes to accommodate US-made left-hand drive vehicles and reduce non-tariff barriers.
