Vietnamese Man Arrested After Failed Theft Turns into Baby Hostage Drama in Seberang Perai

A Vietnamese man in his 30s was arrested in Seberang Perai Utara after stealing from a supermarket and attempting to take an 11-month-old baby hostage with a knife while fleeing. Security guards and bystanders subdued him before police arrived. He is being investigated for theft, causing injury, and criminal intimidation.
