Recently on TikTok, the accusations against Royale Chulan Penang scamming their customers have been a topic. There were two viral videos against the same hotel at the same time with two different customers.
The first customer booked a room at the hotel via booking.com, he mentioned on the TikTok video that booking.com says there’s no issue. He and his family in the end had to book another hotel room in the dead of night.
Another customer is seen scolding the receptionists of the hotel as he also couldn’t get a room that he paid for. It was rumoured that there is a VIP wedding held at the hotel during this period.
