Initially set for February 20, the new date was confirmed after a case management session before deputy registrar Wan Norazimin Kassim. The Perlis government, represented by lawyer Daniel Farhan Zainul Rijal, seeks to overturn the court’s rejection of its appeal. The May 14 dismissal had blocked the state and religious authorities from contesting the children’s conversion status. Loh’s lawyer, A. Srimurugan, remains steadfast in defending her parental rights.
