PETALING JAYA – A viral video has drawn sharp criticism after several individuals were seen playing fireworks behind Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah (HSNZ), Kuala Terengganu. The loud explosions were reportedly heard inside the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), disturbing babies and patients.

The footage, shared by Threads user Ziey8985, showed fireworks being set off near the hospital compound, prompting complaints from the public. The incident has since been reported to police.
