Ipoh police have launched an internal investigation after a viral video allegedly showed an officer taking money from a man. District police chief ACP Muhammad Najib Hamzah confirmed the MPV seen in the clip bore the call sign “PK 56,” belonging to the Perak contingent under Ipoh IPD.

He said the location and personnel involved are being verified, stressing that misconduct will not be tolerated.
