Throughout this Ramadan season, many sellers are overcharging their customers at an exorbitant level. X users are expressing their anger towards the situation. However, a Nasi Khao Mok seller states that she is selling hers for RM18.50 and is receiving praise for it.
Nasi Khao Mok for RM18.50?
X users are defending the friendly seller citing that the price she is offering her product at is rather reasonable. However, there are users who would find everything expensive, which in the end would continue on their rant about it.
Others state that we should not normalize “pasar” food that cost RM18.50. For many who are the customer base of these places, RM15 is already extremely expensive. At the end of the day, it is down to the consumer’s choice if they’re willing to spend on this or not.
