Netizens are always in constant need to complain about something, and today’s receiver is the MAE app, belonging to Maybank. A tweet went viral regarding the app, stating that the user interface isn’t as friendly as it should be. Apparently a netizen was forced to register for the app as Maybank2U is no longer functioning.
MAE app not popular among netizens
The netizen claims that while paying for food his older Maybank2U app suddenly isn’t working. Learning the MAE app is a challenge for him. However, others are telling him that the app is actually more effective and easier than the older Maybank App once you get used to it.
Furthermore, Twitter users are telling the ranting netizen that Maybank has specifically informed their clientele to move to MAE. Apparently, they have been encouraging the transition for more than a year now. Despite the complexity of the app, it is still regarded as one of the best banking apps available in Malaysia.
