Other men in the comments section say that they too have done similar things for their girlfriend. One states that he bought food for her and subsequently could not afford to eat for two days.
A girl claims that her ex boyfriend used to do the same thing for her, and he would eat near expired food just to bring her out. However, she didn’t “appreciate” him enough and that’s why he became her ex.
