Unfortunately for one of the biggest banks in Malaysia, Maybank is having a temporary disruption for their online services. It is unclear what happened, but there were several complaints from netizens who noticed their bank balance was RM0. However, the bank did make an official statement regarding the matter.

However, Maybank’s service disruption is now over. Netizens vented out their frustration towards the situation. It is unfortunate but there could be several reasons why this happened. Some were even complaining that their atm services were not working as well.
Prior to their official announcement, netizens were complaining that they were unable to make payment for their things. When online banking systems go down, it would be difficult for the bank’s customers as they are relying on these services.
