Six family members who had been missing since Saturday were found dead inside a Proton Iswara car submerged in Sungai Korok, Jitra. The victims were a married couple, Mohamad Azim Izat Ishak and Nurul Hidayah Khadijah Razman Efendi, along with their four children aged between six months and nine years. All six bodies were laid to rest in a single grave at the Islamic Cemetery of Al-Taqwa Mosque at 11:50 PM on Monday. Their disappearance had drawn public attention before the tragic discovery, when the roof of a car was seen floating. A somber atmosphere filled the funeral, with many paying their final respects.
