Luxury MPV Owner Busted for Using Wife’s Plate to Avoid Repossession
The 36-year-old man placed his wife’s plate number on his Toyota Alphard with overdue payments. He was stopped by JPJ, revealing the plate number mismatch. He had been using the false plate number for six months, fearing repossession.
The case is being investigated under Section 108(3)(f) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
