Apparently, a viral video shows that a school girl was a victim of a dog biting her. Recently, there was a rise of rabies cases in East Malaysia, which is very concerning.

It seems that the canine has an owner and that users are angry at the owner for not being able to control their pet. Furthermore, users are saying that if someone is scared of their own pet, they should not keep it.
