Pahang police have submitted their investigation to the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) regarding an alleged stabbing incident involving a Pahang royal family member at a Kuantan nightclub. Police chief Yahaya Othman said the case, investigated under Section 324 of the Penal Code, was resubmitted to the AGC on June 23 after additional details were requested. The 30-year-old trader victim claimed he was assaulted and stabbed after bumping into the royal twice at a different venue. He was later asked to pay RM1,200 and apologise before allegedly being stabbed in the buttocks with a folding knife. Police recorded statements from 13 individuals.
