BATU PAHAT, July 2 – Pakatan Harapan (PH) has pledged to create more high‑paying jobs in Johor through strategic economic planning, aiming to reduce reliance on employment in Singapore. PKR vice‑president and Selangor menteri besar Amirudin Shari said investments must translate into quality opportunities with competitive salaries aligned to local workers’ qualifications and skills.
PH Promises
Speaking at a PH tour event in Senggarang, he urged voters to give PH the mandate in the upcoming Johor election. Amirudin stressed that economic justice requires equal access to development across all districts, including Rengit, Senggarang and Kluang. PH, comprising PKR, Amanah and DAP, will contest all 56 seats, with polling set for July 11.
