A viral screenshot of a Merdeka greeting done by a PN leader has netizens discussing among each other on social media. The greetings state that Merdeka is on the 31th August 2024. Netizens state the dates should’ve been done in Malay to begin with.

Many know that the correct way of saying it is 31st. Some are dumbfounded as to how this was allegedly not cross checked properly. There are several harsh comments thrown towards the opposition party for this mistake.
It appears that the support for the government is stronger nowadays, especially with the Ringgit now being regarded as one of the fastest growing currencies in the world.
