PKR Deputy President Rafizi Ramli has called the party’s 2025-2028 leadership election a critical step toward strengthening PKR ahead of the 16th General Election (GE16). Speaking at the HIRUK tour, he emphasized that elected leaders must focus on economic and anti-corruption issues.
Rafizi: PKR Leadership Vote Key to GE16 Readiness
Negeri Sembilan MB Aminuddin Harun and Natural Resources Minister Nik Nazmi Nik Mat echoed the importance of unity and transparency.
The election will feature a key contest between Rafizi and Nurul Izzah Anwar for the deputy president post, while Anwar Ibrahim remains uncontested as party president. Voting takes place on May 23 during the PKR Congress in Johor Bahru.
