Despite serving the claim, no response was received. The High Court set the hearing for May 27. Rosmah filed the lawsuit on September 19, 2023. The video accused her of practicing witchcraft and black magic. Rosmah demands general, severe, and exemplary damages.
The defendant, Ku Muhammad Hilmie Ku Din, failed to defend the lawsuit. The court will determine the compensation amount during the scheduled hearing.
