FashionValet Sdn Bhd founders Datin Vivy Yusof and Datuk Fadzarudin Shah Anuar were charged with dishonestly misappropriating RM8 million in investment funds from Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Permodalan Nasional Berhad. The alleged offense occurred on August 21, 2018, at Public Bank’s Bukit Damansara branch. The couple, aged 37 and 36, pleaded not guilty and requested a trial. They face charges under Section 403 of the Penal Code, which carries a penalty of six months to five years’ imprisonment, caning, and a fine if convicted.
