The Sessions Court has fixed 15 trial days starting April 13, 2026, for FashionValet founders Datin Vivy Yusof and Datuk Fadzarudin Shah, who are charged with criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving RM8 million from Khazanah Nasional and Permodalan Nasional Berhad.
Vivy Yusof and Husband to Stand Trial Over Khazanah-PNB Funds
The couple allegedly transferred funds from FashionValet’s account to 30 Maple Sdn Bhd without board approval in 2018. They face charges under Sections 409 and 403 of the Penal Code, which carry penalties of up to 20 years in prison, fines, and whipping.
The prosecution will call 26 witnesses. The couple has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
