Works Ministry Resolves 95% of Road Complaints via MyJalan App

The Works Ministry (KKR) has resolved 11,860 road damage complaints, or 95.19% of 12,459 cases received via the MyJalan app, with 599 still under review. Since its launch in August 2023, the app has registered 54,330 users and logged 40,938 complaints, most redirected under the No Wrong Door policy to agencies outside KKR’s jurisdiction.

Minister Alexander Nanta Linggi also announced a RM100 million East–West Highway rehabilitation project, set for completion in 2026. Meanwhile, the Malaysian Highway Authority has expanded Building Information Modelling (BIM) use across major projects, aligning with the 13th Malaysia Plan and National Construction Policy 2030.
