PAGOH – BERSATU president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin reaffirmed that his party will not instruct members to vote for other parties in Johor’s state election, stressing support only for Perikatan Nasional candidates. While relations with PAS have eased after earlier tensions, BERSATU remains uneasy about Parti Wawasan Negara joining PN.

Leaders expressed concern that WAWASAN continues to approach BERSATU members and spread claims that the party has no future, creating discomfort within the coalition. Muhyiddin emphasized PN’s focus is ensuring strong backing for its own candidates, while BERSATU leaders questioned WAWA SAN’s conduct and suitability as a component party.
