PETALING JAYA: Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad and Rafizi Ramli, who resigned as ministers, reaffirmed their loyalty to PKR despite a viral message claiming 11 PKR MPs are retracting support for Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. Nik Nazmi, the Setiawangsa MP, posted on X, “We resigned. We will not betray the party.” He stepped down as natural resources minister after losing his PKR vice-presidency and Setiawangsa chief posts. Rafizi resigned as economy minister after losing the deputy president race to Nurul Izzah Anwar, citing democratic principles. Anwar has approved their leave but not their resignations.
