Illegal Renovation On Flats Are Demolished

1 min read

The story of illegal renovations for flats is still a hot topic among Malaysians. Many still disagree with the flat owners extending their homes over walkways for other residents to use. The main issue is, the land that they are using is a common area, not a single cent was paid for that land after their home limits.

Netizens continued on making jokes about how it is unlivable to live with the B40 group, quoting the controversial Professor Roshana Takim. Others were commenting that the illegally renovated flats who are in the area should be scared to see that this is happening. These illegal structures are not government approved, and if they collapse, whose fault would it be then?

Another flat owner in Wangsa Maju decided to cover up their front of the corridor with solid grills on both sides. Mind you, the corridor is a common area for all residents of the flats as it is their main walkway to connect from one area to another. If you want more privacy or a bigger home, get a new one that would fit your needs.
