KUALA LUMPUR — Police are investigating a woman known as “Inspector Sheila” after she questioned officers detaining a 34-year-old Pakistani man for driving without a license. The incident, captured on video, occurred outside a fast-food restaurant on Jalan Ipoh, Chow Kit, and quickly went viral on social media.

Inspector Sheila

Sheila, suspended since June 2023, accused the officers of intimidation and belittled police procedures. Authorities said the officers involved have filed reports, and investigations are ongoing under Section 186 of the Penal Code and Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act 1955.
